The apartment has a total of 7 rooms, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, stove, dishes, pots, etc.). It also has a large dining table that can seat all roommates. A washing machine is available for shared use.

In addition to its central location, the Tiergarten district also offers many leisure and recreational opportunities. The Spree River and Tiergarten Park, just a few minutes away, are ideal for walks, picnics, etc. The Hansaplatz subway station, the Tiergarten S-Bahn station, and various bus lines are also located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Shopping facilities are also within a few minutes' walking distance. The Technical University (TU) and the Berlin University of Applied Sciences (BHT) can be reached quickly and easily by public transport.
The roommates are students, trainees, or interns who live in Berlin for at least six months or longer. The residents come from all over Europe and even from overseas. If you like variety, liveliness, and multiculturalism, this is the place for you. The large kitchen-diner is perfect for cooking together. Board games are available, or you can just chat.
An extension of the term is possible by arrangement.
The landlords do not live in the shared apartment themselves and select suitable residents.
